The raw materials are sourced from the coconut cultivators in our locality after the quality is checked thoroughly.
The husks are crushed in the beater machine to extract the coir fibre and coir pith.
The extracted coir pith are washed to reduce the salt content. It is extra washed to meet the EC requirements of the buyer.
The coir pith will be sun dried in the cement yard after washing.
The dried material will be double sieved and the sand will be extracted in this process. The material is ready for compression only after the quality of the sieving is checked through screening.
The screened coir pith will be compressed into 650 grams briquettes, 5 Kg blocks, growbag slabs and in other sizes which are required by our buyer.
With experienced highly quality control officers, the compressed blocks are tested regarding the EC, PH level and Moisture.
The blocks are palletised, bundle- packed or stuffed loosely according to the preference of our buyer. After the products are packed, the containers travel by road and sea to reach our buyers across the globe.
